  Visit any Sports Basement location for a free instant return, or use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for mail-in returns.

  Provide Proof of Purchase

  Present your digital or physical receipt; if you are a Basementeer member, we can easily look up your transaction history in our system.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or provided as store credit, typically appearing within 3-5 business days.
